Big Come Soon is a short film shooting outside of Atlanta in late 2016/early 2017. Written and directed by new comer Lauren Bickers, Big Come Soon is a survivalist drama about four children attempting to build a fort in the woods. An innocent game quickly dissolves into a matter of life and death when tragedy strikes, threatening friendships and testing the limits of childhood power and control.
Produced by Andrew Hevia (previous credits include A24’s Moonlight, directed by Barry Jenkins and Sun Don’t Shine, directed by Amy Seimetz) and Jonathan David Kane (previous credits include the Sundance selected shorts Boniato, Swimming in Your Skin Again and #PostModem).
Big Come Soon is a character study for a feature length film entitled Open House Sunday set to film in late 2017.
